Tasmanian E-Bike Adventures Terms
All participants are required to complete an Acceptance of Risk form prior to joining any Tasmanian E-Bike Adventure tour. The acceptance of risk form will be provided for signing by participants at the commencement of the adventure.

Please keep your nominated mobile phone switched on on the evening prior to your tour and in the morning of your tour, in case we need to contact you. Please also let us know if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
BOOKINGS
For a booking to be confirmed we require full payment prior to the tour. Payments can be made by credit card via Pay Pal through the Book a Tour section on our website. This system allows us to allocate ride spaces in real time ensuring that trips are not oversubscribed. Bookings may also be made on your behalf by our partner businesses and will be managed by their front of house staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Tasmanian E-Bike Adventures reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, such as weather conditions. Rainfall is not considered a dangerous condition and Tasmanian E-Bike Adventures will provide riding jackets for your comfort should you require one. If in the unlikely event Tasmanian E-Bike Adventures cancels your tour, you will be notified the morning of your tour and given the option of transferring to another tour or receiving a full refund.
Please notify us immediately if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking. Our refund policy is outlined below.
To protect against loss incurred to Tasmanian eBike Adventures and our suppliers, cancellations are limited to a 50% refund on any booking cancelled within 7 days of the tour date. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to tour departure or if you do not show up for the tour.
Guests have the option of rebooking their adventure for a future date.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Gift vouchers are transferable to any of Tasmanian E-Bike Adventures products.
CAMERAS AND PERSONAL ITEMS
You are welcome to bring along your camera, however we do not take responsibility for any damage to cameras or other personal items whilst participating on an adventure.
SECURITY
Tasmanian E- Bike Adventures takes all reasonable precautions possible to secure your credit card details and to protect that information from misuse or loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not share this information with any third party and we will not identify your credit card details to any organisation or individual other than the clearance organisation.
PRIVACY
Your details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and will not be distributed to others, unless agreed by you. We will not disclose individually identifiable information to any third party for any purposes. This means that your e-mail address, your name and any other personal details you may provide will not be passed on or sold to any company for any reason. Tasmanian E-Bike Adventures may share general information about our customers with third parties, however this data will be collated into aggregate totals and will not contain any details which could help identify specific individuals.
